This privacy policy explains how Dirtcube Interactive LLP handles information when you use DeluluCheck at https://delulucheck.com and our mobile apps.

WHAT WE DO

DeluluCheck lets you upload your exported WhatsApp chats to generate an AI-based insights report. We do not sell personal or sensitive user data. We do not use uploaded chats for advertising or profiling.

DATA WE HANDLE

User-Provided Content

Chat files you upload for analysis.

Treatment: Your data is encrypted and analyzed by AI. We NEVER have access to your chats. Your chat data is processed securely and immediately discarded after generating your report. We do not store chat content.

Account Data

We offer account creation. If you create an account, we may process:

Email, hashed identifiers, password or SSO token, basic profile

Purpose: Account access, support, anti-fraud, service notifications

Payments

Razorpay for web; Apple App Store In‑App Purchases on iOS; Google Play Billing on Android.

We receive limited transaction metadata necessary for receipts, fraud prevention, and tax compliance.

Diagnostics and Analytics

We use Google Analytics (app and web) for aggregated usage and diagnostics.

We collect minimal crash logs and performance data to keep the app reliable and secure.

Device Permissions

DeluluCheck does not require SMS, Call Logs, Contacts, precise Location, or All files access for core features. If new permissions are introduced, we will request them transparently and only for user-understandable features.

HOW WE USE DATA

Your Chat Content (WhatsApp exports):

  • ✓Encrypted and analyzed by AI - we NEVER have access to your chats
  • ✓Processed ONLY to generate your report
  • ✓Immediately discarded after your report is generated
  • ✗Never stored by us
  • ✗Never accessible to humans
  • ✗Never used for advertising
  • ✗Never used for AI training
  • ✗Never sold to third parties

Your Account Data (email, profile):

  • ✓Used ONLY to provide account login and access to your reports
  • ✓Used ONLY for customer support when you contact us
  • ✗Never used for marketing emails (we don't send marketing emails)
  • ✗Never sold to third parties

Technical Diagnostics (crash logs, app version):

  • ✓Used ONLY to fix bugs and keep the app working properly
  • ✓Anonymous aggregate data only (no personal information)

SECURITY

  • •Your chat data is encrypted and analyzed by AI - we NEVER have access to your chats
  • •Encryption in transit for uploads and downloads (HTTPS/TLS)
  • •Chat content is processed securely and immediately discarded after report generation - never stored
  • •Access controls and least-privilege principles

RETENTION AND DELETION

  • •Chat files: NEVER stored - your data is encrypted and analyzed by AI, then immediately discarded after report generation. We never have access to your chats.
  • •Account data: Retained while your account is active; deleted upon request or in accordance with retention laws
  • •Diagnostics: Retained only as long as necessary for reliability and security

AGE RESTRICTION

DeluluCheck is for ADULTS ONLY (18+ years old).

This app analyzes personal relationships and contains mature content. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you are under 18, do not use this service.
