• First-time users receive trial analyses for evaluation
• Paid analyses are processed after payment confirmation
• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
• Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are evaluated case-by-case
